The Nevada Museum of Art is honored to announce the that the seven Tiffany angel windows have recently begun a new journey to the American West. The windows are now under the care of the Nevada Museum of Art, one of the museums that displayed the series during the 2012 exhibition tour, In Company with Angeles.
Located not far from Lake Tahoe and the Sierra Nevada, the Nevada Museum of Art in Reno, Nevada traces its roots to the artist Lorenzo Latimer, whose family was deeply committed to Swendborgian thought and exploring the synergies between art, nature, and science. As the Museum undergoes a major expansion beginning in 2022, the seven Tiffany windows will be incorporated into a highly designed restaurant experience inviting anyone to "dine among the angels." The expansion is scheduled for completion in early 2025.
